“Share and share alike”

The number of portions a cake will yield depends on a number of factors: – The shape of the cake; whether the cake is served as dessert; How the cake is cut and how big you cut the portions!  All my cakes are generally at least 3” deep (75mm).  I provide a cutting guide to your caterer with the recommended size guide and how you would like your cake served.  Details of this will be discussed at consultation.
