    Party themed cake for a 90th birthday.  This popular style of cake is a 6″ cube on an 8″ square which will serve approximately 64 generous portions. As well as the sugar balloons, stars and streamers the cake has been finished with a sugar champagne bottle and glass.

  • Folded Flower

    My mum was an inspiring crafter and she introduced me to the art of ‘tea-bag folding’ which she sometimes used to create her amazing greetings cards.   That was the inspiration for this design which resulted in a beautiful gift of a cake for my mum.

  • Flower Barrow

    A pretty and feminine cake of a barrow decorated with pastel coloured blossom flowers and finished with sugar frills around the sides with further pastel flowers and delicate piping at the points.

  • Pure Elegance

    Based on my wedding cake design ‘Elegance’.  A two tier cake with white fabric effect and ruching whilst the rest of the cake has been enhanced with pale blue airbrushing.  Finished with a beautiful handcrafted red rose and pearls and topped with the inscription for a 40th birthday celebration.

  • 10 year old fruit cake

    To celebrate a 50th birthday.  The cake was redecorated from the top tier of the wedding cake from 2004.  The panel facing shows the original roses kept from the wedding cake.  There were five panels around the cake, each panel represented one decade and was decorated accordingly.
